RESIDENTIAL COTTAGES AND APARTMENTS
Cottages
The Laurel Cottages are two bedroom dwellings with a well equipped kitchen and dining area including all the necessary appliances. Each has a very spacious garage with extra storage space. The secluded location of these cottages makes for a peaceful and relaxed existence, yet easily accessible to urban areas.
Apartments
The Laurel Apartments have four different floor plans which offer comfortable options for every budget and comfortable living for every lifestyle. All of the apartments are located in a mall-like building and surround the Laurel Garden Atrium. How convenient to step outside of your apartment door and into a floral garden setting where the temperature is always comfortable and the weather sunny and bright!
ASSISTED LIVING
Laurel Assisted Living offers a little more care with assisted activities of daily living such as supervision of medications, laundry, hygiene and much more. The rooms are spacious with scenic views from every window.
A full and enjoyable activities calendar is one of the many ways we care for our residents. With crafts, physical exercise, events and outings to local attractions, it's what helps to make life active and enjoyable at Laurel Run!
Enjoy delicious meals served restaurant-style with your friends in the attractive dining room. Relax and dine while watching the trees dance in the breeze through the large windows.
For special occasions or just a private meal with family members, our Laurel Room provides an accommodating list of options. These include games, a television, a large dining table, a piano, comfortable chairs, sofas and more. With an array of windows for scenic views all around, this room has become a special place for our residents and families.
MEMORY CARE
Laurel Memory Care provides a state-of-the-art unit specifically designed for your loved-one with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related illnesses. This brand-new and secure unit is only one of three in the area. The Laurel Memory Care staff are trained to focus on quality of life through interaction and activities.
An outdoor oval walking path around a garden protected within an attractive fence and grapevine lattice overhead, provides a sense of freedom and independence all within a safe and secure area.
The rooms are comfortable and attractive with simulated natural wood floors. Special attention was given to color, lighting, layout and other aspects of the Laurel Memory Care unit to insure comfort and safety. The adjoined living and dining areas were designed to let your loved one feel at home. With round-the-clock attention and care from our nursing staff, your family member becomes more than just a resident - they become our family member too
SKILLED NURSING
The Laurel Skilled Nursing assures close personal attention with a 92 bed capacity and a caring staff of RNs, LPNs and CNAs. The Laurel Activities Room is centrally located for ease of access and provides many activities that encourage emotional health and mental acuity. An in-house chapel hosts many spiritual opportunities including weekly services administered by our own Chaplain.
The rooms in Laurel Skilled Nursing provide large windows that look out on the beautiful natural setting. These rooms are furnished but our residents are encouraged to decorate just as they'd like to make their home their own.
A newly remodeled restaurant-style dining room offers you and your loved one the best in delicious meals and pleasant dining.
Enjoy the new private dining room for those very special birthdays, anniversaries or just a quiet and relaxing dinner together.
REHABILITATION AND RESPITE CARE
The residents in all of our levels can take advantage of our top-notch Rehabilitation Services and when it's time for a rest, you, the family care giver, can find peace in knowing that The Village of Laurel Run provides the best in respite conveniences and care. Our own on-campus doctor is available throughout the week in addition to other visiting physicians.
