Quincy Village is part of the not-for-profit Presbyterian Senior Living network which provide retirement and senior care services to more than 3,000 residents in eighteen locations in the mid-Atlantic area of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and Delaware. Residents of all faiths enjoy a lifestyle which promotes freedom to pursue individual interests and activities, yet remain confident for future quality care, if needed.
INDEPENDENT LIVING
174 Spacious Country Cottages and 10 comfortable apartments combine with an array of services designed to provide comfort, privacy, and security. Base prices for cottages range from $72,100 to $151,900. Base prices for apartments range from $83,900 to $132,000.
Quincy Village attracts residents from all across Pennsylvania, Maryland and the surrounding states with accommodations and amenities that promise a commitment to your personal freedom. Ours is a setting that provides a cozy, village-style atmosphere surrounding Minnich Manor, a “town center†that brings our residents together for recreation and conveniences that are designed to support and fulfill an active lifestyle.
Though nestled in a quiet, rural, little town, Quincy’s close proximity to larger towns provide the best of both worlds with easy access to a wide variety of services, cultural events, restaurants and theater venues. The area’s most popular attractions and activities include expansive state parks, extensive historic sites, as well as plentiful fishing, birding and golfing . The nearby Shippensburg University and Penn State Mont Alto campus open up opportunities for concerts and other academic interests.
We think you’ll find that our location makes travel very convenient. We’re about 15 miles from Interstate 81 and just a few miles beyond that to Interstate 70, providing you with quick access to the major highways. Several regional airports are just over an hour’s drive, including Harrisburg International and Baltimore-Washington International Airport, while Hagerstown Regional Airport is an easy half-hour away. Amtrak train service is available in Harrisburg, as well.
With Chambersburg Mall and the Prime Outlets in Hagerstown so close, shopping is almost too easy! There’s an abundance of area golf courses and country clubs—over eleven to choose from. Residents also enjoy our bus and theater trips, exercise groups, committees and more.

Apartments

Our one bedroom apartments offer 700 square feet of spacious living and our two bedroom apartments offer up to 1163 square feet including a spacious walk in closet. Apartment prices range from $85,000 to $175,500 depending upon the size of the apartment and entrance plan chosen.

32 private and semi-private rooms, combined with personal care, provide a residential environment that feels like home. Residents are assisted with bathing, dressing, medications, and other services, and enjoy activities and snacks, as well as three nutritious meals a day.

Short-term stays are available to provide relief to family caregivers on vacation or needing time for personal activities.

LONG-TERM & SHORT-TERM SKILLED NURSING CARE
24-hour care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff is available in our skilled nursing facility which is uniquely designed to enhance privacy.

Physical, occupational, or speech therapy services are provided to restore a maximum level of functioning.

Comfort, emotional and spiritual support services are provided to persons with terminal illness and their families.
