Longwood is home to more than 320 individuals who enjoy a comfortable lifestyle in one of our 261 living accommodations. Choices are varied and include country homes, garden apartments and two multi-story apartment buildings — the Overlook and the Woodlands. Interiors are spacious and most include either a private patio or balcony. An emergency electronic call system is included in each bedroom and bathroom.
Residents have a choice of three dining locations, abundant activities, continuing education classes, wellness programs and a continuum of comprehensive healthcare services at no additional cost. Entrance fees and monthly maintenance fees are based on the size of the apartment or country home and 90 percent of the Entrance Fee is refundable. We also offer a 50 percent refundable plan on one bedroom deluxe apartments.
All residents are members of the Longwood Residents Association, which is one of the dynamic aspects of our Community. The association is self-governing and provides countless opportunities for residents to organize and participate in a variety of programs. From planning community-wide events to decorating the environment, each committee plays an important part in the overall synergy of our Community.
Longwood appreciates the need for pets to remain a part of the family. Pets are welcome to retire here, as well.
