Spacious and private apratments feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, wall-to-wall carpeting, window treatments, safe and convenient walk-in showers, rich wood cabinetry, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning.

- Housekeeping and Linen Service
Our friendly housekeepers will clean each apartment to the resident’s satisfaction. Fresh sheets are placed on each bed and all the dusting and vacuuming is done each week. Even light bulbs and toilet tissue are provided.

- Paid Utilities
All expenses are folded into one affordable monthly rent, including all utilities, property taxes, and cable TV. Residents are responsible only for telephone service.

- Transportation
Our comfortable van transports residents to area shopping and scheduled appointments. Residents also are welcome to bring their own automobiles. Resident parking is provided at no cost.

- Private Dining
Located just off the main dining room, a cozy private dining room can be reserved for birthdays, special occasions, or any celebration with family and friends.
