Established in 2001, Laurelbrooke Landing is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) where “Senior Living Reaches New Heights.†This modern and elegant community is located in a beautiful country setting with the convenience of shopping in downtown Brookville just moments away. Laurelbrooke Landing features multiple neighborhoods to provide residents with access to all levels of care, including skilled nursing and rehabilitation, assisted living, adult day services, home health care and residential living. Celebrate milestones with new friends, get involved in a friendly neighborhood of active retirees and flourish in your beautiful carriage home on a rolling Pennsylvania hillside. The Laurels is part of the Laurelbrooke Landing continuing care retirement community. As a resident, you will have priority access to a wide-range of customizable services and amenities. In addition, you can choose from five customizable floor plans for your carriage home. These are just a few of the ways you will enjoy a "Lifestyle in Full Bloom" at The Laurels.
We are currently accepting priority reservations for Phase 2 of The Laurels. Construction of this brand new neighborhood will begin soon.
SERVICES
- Rehabilitative care
Residents of The Laurels have priority access to McKinley Health Center (link) at Laurelbrooke Landing, which features a highly-skilled rehab department offering long and short-term rehabilitative care as well as outpatient therapy.
- Assisted living care
Residents of The Laurels have priority access to Laurelbrooke Assisted Living (link) at Laurelbrooke Landing, where residents enjoy the peace of mind of 24 hour staff support for assistance with personal care, dining services and medications.
- Home care
Residents of The Laurels have access to In Home Solutions PLUS (link)home care services. Receive professional, quality care in your own home. Services include housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, companionship and shopping/errands. Skilled home health care services are also offered, including medication management, skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy.
In Home Solutions PLUS is also a certified provider for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging Waiver and Options programs. To find out if you qualify for these home care programs that offer assistance in paying for services, contact your Area Agency on Aging office.
- Care Management
A certified care manager can coordinate home care services and other community referrals for you.
- Memory Support
Residents of The Laurels have priority access to the memory support services (link) of Laurelbrooke Landing. Residents who have memory loss from disorders like dementia and Alzheimer’s will be provided with the utmost care, independence and security during each phase of the disease.

THE VILLAE AT LAURELBROOKE LANDING
A WRC Residential Living Community
The Village is a flourishing residential neighborhood in the Laurelbrooke Landing community in Brookville. The Village provides high-quality and affordable rental town homes for adults over the age of 62. There are income eligibility requirements for residency.
Residents of The Village will benefit from the convenient location of their new town home, just across from Brookville Hospital and 1 mile from the shopping and services of downtown Brookville. At The Village at Laurelbrooke Landing, healthy aging is promoted through informational programs, home care services like skilled nursing, housekeeping and meal preparation, and nursing supervision.
As part of the Laurelbrooke Landing community, residents will also have access to McKinley Health Center, the skilled nursing and rehabilitative care neighborhood, Laurelbrooke Assisted Living, memory support services and In Home Solutions PLUS, a home health care service.
Applications for residency are now being accepted for the newest neighborhood at The Village. This neighborhood includes 11 rental town homes for low income seniors.
The Village III also includes two rental town homes for moderate income seniors.

Skilled home health care services are also offered, including medication management, skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy.
- Nursing supervision
A licensed nurse performs wellness assessments annually and regularly supervises home care services.
