Graystone Court was developed in January 2000 to provide services to older adults with moderate incomes. The management at Graystone Court believes that there is a need to provide quality, affordable housing to those persons seeking a safe, and maintenance free home.
In 2007, Graystone changed its path with the creation of Graystone Villas. The first Villas location; a 7-story high rise, located off Plank Road in Altoona opened in September 2008. Graystone Villas Altoona has an indoor swimming pool, restaurant, Razor's Edge Beauty Salon, Fitness and Wellness Center with Evolution Physical Therapy, game room and individual parking garages. A second Villas location is under construction in Richland and plans to open in spring 2010. The Richland Villas is an 8 story complex, styled after Altoona.
